Our commercial capabilities include the installation and service of large industrial fans, packing stations, structured data cabling, commercial lighting and lighting controls, site lighting, and power systems ranging from 120V through 480V.
In addition, BEC specializes in conveyor and assembly lines, dock locks, doors and dock levelers, handrails, safety curtains, and other critical warehouse and commercial infrastructure. We also offer metal fabrication and painting to support custom installations and specialized project needs.

This commercial project involved a large-scale fulfillment center buildout, including the installation of over 7,000 feet of Cat6 data cabling to support multiple packing stations throughout the facility. Our team coordinated closely with the facility’s IT department to ensure proper termination, testing, and commissioning of all data ports serving the packing operations.
The scope of work also included the erection of structural bracing for conduit runs, installed from a truss-supported ceiling down to the floor to safely and efficiently support all electrical and low-voltage systems.
BEC has become highly efficient in the installation and integration of packing stations and warehouse systems, including dock locks, dock levelers, safety curtains, handrails, packing chutes, and large industrial fans. This experience allows us to function as a true one-stop warehouse solutions provider. When required, we can also accommodate concrete work and metal fabrication, delivering a complete, turnkey solution for warehouse and fulfillment center projects.
This project involved the installation of a Fill-Rite fuel management system for a city entity, providing secure and controlled access to both gasoline and diesel fuel for first responders. The system is designed to automatically log fuel usage by vehicle and authorized personnel, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
In addition to usage reporting, the system monitors fuel levels in real time, notifying management when tanks are running low and require refilling. This allows the city to maintain uninterrupted operations while keeping detailed records of who is using fuel, how much is being used, and where it is being allocated.
This installation enhances operational efficiency, accountability, and fuel management reliability for critical emergency response services.
This project involved aviation obstruction lighting repairs on a 130-foot water tower. BEC successfully diagnosed the issue and replaced the required obstruction lighting to ensure proper visibility and compliance.
